Get started

1. If you are an organization admin

1. Accept your invitation and sign in. Open the invitation email, set your password and sign in.
2. Find your stations. Open Stations. Each station is a workstation at one of your sites that your team can operate remotely.
3. Place the box at the workstation. Connect it to the station computer's video output and a USB port, and to your network. When the box is powered and connected, the station shows Online. If it shows Offline, check the power and network cable, wait a few minutes and choose Refresh.
4. Invite your team. Open Users, choose Invite user, and set each person's permissions: Local Operator, Remote Operator or Guest.
5. Make sure someone on site is ready to approve. Every session starts only after someone at the site approves it.
6. Run a test session with one operator before real work begins.

2. If you are a remote operator

1. Sign in with the account from your invitation.
2. Choose a station on the Stations page and start a session.
3. Wait for approval from someone on site.
4. Once approved, you see the station's screen and can use your keyboard and mouse when control is granted. If the station has cameras and a speakerphone, you can see and talk with people on site.
5. Choose Exit when you are done.
6. If your connection drops, reopen the session and reconnect.

3. If you are on site

1. Watch for session requests for your station.
2. Choose Approve only if you expect the request. Choose Deny if you do not.
3. Access can be ended at any time with Revoke access.
