Agreement
These terms govern use of Phaero, provided by BioVentics LLC, Dallas, Texas. By using Phaero you agree to them.
Authorized use only
Only people invited by a customer may use Phaero, and only for the stations and roles their customer allows. Do not share your account.
Customer responsibilities
- The customer decides who gets access and is solely responsible for the safe operation of its own equipment, machines and workplace.
- Phaero is not a safety system and is not an emergency stop. Keep on-site safety controls in place at all times.
- The customer must tell its employees and visitors that cameras and microphones at a station are live during sessions, post suitable notices, and follow all laws on recording, monitoring and consent.
- Phaero does not record, but call participants could record with their own tools. Customers are responsible for their people's conduct.
No regulated health information
Phaero is not for regulated health information. Phaero is not a HIPAA business associate and is not designed to store patient data. Do not enter such data.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or overload the service, access another customer's data, use Phaero for unlawful purposes, or interfere with other users.
Suspension
We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or threatens the security of Phaero or others. Customers may deactivate or delete their users at any time.
Warranty disclaimer
Phaero is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BioVentics LLC, Dallas, Texas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for damage to equipment, injury or lost production arising from use of Phaero, and its total liability is limited to the amounts paid for Phaero in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
