Who operates Phaero

Phaero is operated by BioVentics LLC, Dallas, Texas. Phaero is a secure access portal that lets authorized people reach a workstation through a hardware box at their organization's site. Questions: Support@phaerotechnologies.com.

Our role and your organization's role

Your employer or organization (the "customer") decides who gets access and is the controller of its people's data. Phaero processes that data on the customer's behalf as its processor. Requests about your data may be passed to your organization.

What we collect and why

• Profile: name, email, job title, phone, home site, active status and session permissions — to create your account, send invites and decide what you may do.
• Credentials: credential name, number and expiry date entered by your admin — to check you may operate a station.
• Sessions: who connected to which station, when, in which role, who approved it and when it ended — to control access and keep an audit trail.
• Stations and sites: address, city, state, time zone, on-site contact name and phone, and station help phone — to schedule access and show who to call for help.
• Audit log: actions taken, IP address, browser type, and saved copies of the person's name, email and customer name at the time — for security and accountability.
• Failed sign-ins: the email typed and IP address — to detect attacks.
• Sign-in browsers: a browser name, browser identifier and last-seen time — so you can review devices used with your account.
• Terms acceptance: the terms version you accepted and when — to show you agreed to the current Terms.
• Account deletion requests: who asked, when, and the status — so admins can act on them. After the person or customer is deleted the request is kept unlinked, with no name or email.
• Camera-notice acknowledgment: an audit event recording that you saw the live camera and microphone notice, with IDs only.
• Rate-limit records: IP addresses and box identifiers — to block abuse.

No recording

Phaero never records, stores, screenshots or downloads screen, camera, audio or video content. Streams play live only. Call recording and live streaming are turned off in Phaero's call settings. Other people on a call could still record with their own tools.

Outside services and what they receive

• Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, login and email delivery): all data listed above, and your email address for invites and password resets.
• Jitsi Meet (the public meet.jit.si service, used for session calls): a random room name, your display name and role, your live microphone and camera audio and video, your IP address and browser details.
• Hosting error reporter: when the app hits an error it sends the error message, error trace and page path — never tokens or personal data.
• The station box (your organization's own equipment): the viewer and camera streams load directly from it, so it sees your IP address and browser.

Phaero adds no analytics or advertising tools; the hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP addresses. Phaero uses no third-party fonts and does not sell or share personal data for marketing.

How long we keep data

Your choices and rights

In Settings you can see your profile, download your data, and request account deletion. Your admin can correct or delete your account. You can also email Support@phaerotechnologies.com; we answer within 30 days. Residents of California, the EU and other places may have extra rights (such as access, correction, deletion and objection) and can use the same email.

Children

Phaero is a workplace tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.
