Stations and the box

Each station has a Phaero box connected to it. Online means the box has checked in recently. Offline means it has not.

If a station shows Offline:

• Check that the box has power.
• Check that its network cable is connected.
• Wait a few minutes, then choose Refresh on the Stations page.

If it stays Offline, contact support.
